We’re sisters Shel and Krissy, and we’re talking about life. All of it.

From family, relationships, love, loss, and grief to careers, aging, spirituality, reinvention, and figuring out who we are along the way, nothing is really off the table.

We grew up in different places, have lived very different lives, and don’t always see the world the same way. That’s exactly what makes the conversations interesting.

Expect honest stories, different perspectives, plenty of laughter, some tears, probably a few swear words, and conversations about the messy, beautiful, complicated reality of being human.
